Q. What's included in an in person Bellagram delivery?

A. Whether you choose a LIVE SOLO BELLA or a LIVE DUO BELLA each package comes with your message sung a'cappella & written on a paper telegram with a commemorative notepin plus two songs from our catalogue. For special requests an extra rehearsal fee may apply. 

Q. Which song should I choose?

A. We have a selection of songs for you to choose from for the most popular occasions. Check out the list on our SONG MENU as well as our YOUTUBE SONG CATALOGUE.

Q. What are your hours? 

A. Mon-Fri 10am - 7pm and Sat & Sun 11am-7pm

Q. What areas do you service?

A. We service the greater Portland and Vancouver Metro Area and are looking to expand in Eugene, OR! For deliveries outside of our 10 mile radius extra MILEAGE FEES will apply.

Q. What if my loved one doesn't live in Portland?

A. Our VIRTUAL BELLAGRAMS can be delivered to your loved one's device anywhere in the world! 

Send them a hybrid of the live and virtual with a ZOOM-A-GRAMS!

Q. Do you take special song requests?

A. Definitely! Depending on the difficulty of the song and harmonies involved, extra charges may apply for rehearsal times.

Q. Do you write custom songs?

A. Absolutely! Check out our CUSTOM PACKAGES.

Q. What is your best method of payment?

A. We only accept credit card payments. Once your Bellagram booking has been confirmed you will receive an invoice with a link to enter your credit card information.

Q. Do you offer refunds for cancelations?

A. Yes. Please review our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
